I am in Thailand and this app is saving me so much time !! Extremely accurate. For 1$ ?? I mean ... Just buy it.

It listens clearly and translate what Ive said in Spanish very quickly

Works great, when it works. Nice and fast and friendly interface, and the translations Ive done are very good. But… I get a "The service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later. Please use keyboard" message after I used the app for a short time. This means you loose all voice functions - have to type your input, and the translation is only returned in text, not heard in spoken words. I dont know how frequent these service failures will be over the long term. but if you rely on this app, it needs to be… reliable… and so far it isnt. Update: The "service unavailable" message is there permanently now, restarting app, rebooting phone doesnt clear it on my iPhone 5, but same app doesnt get the message on my iPhone 3GS - so its not a service failure, it is a major bug that stops the app from working. Update 2: Now same thing happened on my 3GS after short use: "service unavailable" - seems the app only works for a short time then fails. It would also be great to be able to have the translation repeated (voice) without having to redo the entire translation request.

From a students perspective, this app is great to have especially while attending university. There are many students who come to university with another first language and this app has the ability to make communication with these students more effective.

Great app! Ive tried a number of the voice translator apps and this one is the best. Very simple to use and very accurate. Awesome product.

Works great, as long as you speak clearly with minimal background noise. Im even using it to learn a new language by testing common phrases.

Wow. I wish I knew about this app before. I could have got my cervezas a bit easier when I was in Mexico. It is absolutely incredible the accuracy the program provides. I was doing translations in Hindi and my wife and I were amazed by it. I would recommend this app as a must whether its for travelling or other purposes. $1.99 well spent, I personally would even pay more for this one.

The Nuance Speech Engine does a fantastic, accurate job. The GUI interface is very simplistic but practical. The accuracy of the translation is fair. Its one of the best of the many I have tested. The only major insufficiency for me is that it does not speak Hebrew although the voice translation is handled well. There is almost no translation app out there that handles Hebrew voice! Come on guys, lets get the Hebrew working in your future upgrade for a full five star rating.

Wow!! Perfect

It worked on my old iPhone 3GS but this version doesnt work anymore on my iPhone 4s... Deceiving :(

Stopped working after 10 minutes. Wont respond to voice and when I type something nothing happens. Waste of money for a well needed app

Always crashing again when launching. Dont know if it is my iPod or the app, but I cannot use it.
