RIP OFF - DONT BUY

Several customers have complained that the voice translation doesnt work. Now I am one of them.

For several days I tried to email customer support and telephone them, no reply.

I also found they charged me $19.00 in addition to the $4.99 for "lifetime support". I didnt order this and will file a complaint with ITunes Store.

Very disappointing . I suspect they wrote their own 4 star reviews.
